Our story

Why we started Interlink

After years of building software in Cairo, we kept meeting talented juniors who had watched dozens of tutorials and still had never shipped anything with someone reviewing their work.

So we opened one room with 20 seats, brought in engineers who ship for a living, and made every session hands-on — code written, reviewed and fixed in person.

This founding cohort is where that starts. Small on purpose, and personal by design.
